CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment amount.

Cancellations/amendments/reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full price of the original appointment. 

​

Please note that Covid-19 or any other illness related cancellations will still be charged.

If you choose to change your treatments please give 48 hours notice. If you change it at the appointment you will need to pay 100% of the original services booked.

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE?

Absolutely, my safe and secure online booking system allows you to easily book your appointment.

DO I NEED TO PAY A FEE PRIOR TO MY TREATMENT?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is payable at the time of your treatment.

 

If you reschedule your appointment giving more than 48 hours notice, this fee will be transferred to your future booking. If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a new fee will need to be made to secure your next appointment.

late arrival

Late arrival to your appointment will result in a reduced treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I will be unable to carry out your treatment and the full value of the appointment will be charged.

DO YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

Yes, the Artiste Beauty Membership features:

Gold - for weekly treatments

Silver - for bi-weekly treatments 

Bronze - for monthly treatments

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?

Before your appointment I will let you know if there is anything you need to bring with you, for example if you have booked for a pedicure it's a good idea to bring a pair of flip-flops/open toed sandals to wear after your nails have been painted to prevent smudging.

CAN I BRING A CHILD OR PET WITH ME?

Unfortunately not, due to health and safety reasons I am unable to allow children or animals other than guide dogs in the treatment room.

HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I REBOOK?

It's a great idea to book your appointments ahead of time as places get filled up very quickly. You can always reschedule your appointment nearer the time if you need to. Generally I advise rebooking for your next nail appointment for 2 weeks time, and for facials every 2-4 weeks depending on your individual needs. Regular treatments give the best results, I have a subscription service to help you manage the cost of your treatments should you choose to have them monthly, bi-weekly or weekly.

DO YOU DO GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes. Gift Certificates are a wonderful gift idea. They are valid for 6 months and can be used in full or part payment of any treatment.
